Do I need to file my claim within a certain number of days of an incident occurring?

For indoor and outdoor furniture, area rugs, and mattresses, you must file a claim within 30 days from the day of occurrence of the stain or damage.  We suggest that you file a claim as soon as you can after an incident occurs so that we can provide a resolution as soon as possible.
