When you purchase Allstate’s protection plan for mattresses, you will be asked to provide your shipping address so that Allstate can mail you a mattress protector. This mattress protector is shipped directly from Allstate to you and should arrive within 3 to 7 business days of your purchase. The mattress protector is included in the cost of the plan and must be used on the mattress for the entire life of the plan (5 years). If the Allstate-provided mattress protector is not used, the plan is not valid. Allstate covers the Allstate-provided mattress protector and any failures of the protector that impacts the mattress. However, bed accessories (like foundations, box springs, or non-Allstate mattress pads/protectors) are not protected by Allstate.
