Big Lots offers multiple different fulfillment options when placing an order online. Available fulfillment options are based off inventory, product, and location. Below are the fulfillment options:
Standard Shipping:
This fulfillment option will have the item shipped via FedEx or USPS ground services directly to your location typically within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges will be based off product size and weight. If you have $79+ pre tax of standard shipping items in cart shipping will be free for those items.
Pick-Up:
This fulfillment option will have items picked by selected store and reserved for your pick up as early as same day if ordered prior to 2pm. You will receive a ready for pick up email and than you can head to the store at your convivence within a 4 day window. There is no additional fee for a pickup order. Make sure to double check your selected store prior to checkout.
Same-Day Delivery:
This fulfillment option will have items shipped from store by our delivery partner directly to you as quickly as same day if placed prior to 2pm. Delivery timeframe will be dependent on product, location, and time of order placement. Delivery window can be selected from available windows in cart. Delivery charges are based upon the size of product.
Big Delivery:
This fulfillment option will have items shipped from a warehouse to a final mile delivery partner, that delivery partner will than schedule final delivery with you. Big Delivery completion estimate is 3-5 weeks and is a flat $149 for all Big Delivery items in a single transaction.
