Can I return an item purchased from a closing store?

Purchases made in a closing store during the store closing process: All sales are final (with or without a receipt). Receipt will denote “All Sales Final”.
Purchases made in a closing store prior to the store closing process: May be returned within 30 days with a receipt at any store, including a closing location.
