I made a purchase in a store but didn't have any of my Big Rewards information. Can I add that purchase to my account later?

Yes, you can add a transaction manually by entering details from your receipt within 30 days.  Log in and click the "Enter Previous Receipts" link and follow the prompts.  Contact Customer Care for help. 

Note: manually added receipts don't earn Rewards.
